FHT establishes a policy aimed at meeting customer requirements, continuously improving the effectiveness of
the Management System, and protecting the environment. This policy covers the following key points:

  • Management responsibility: Improving quality and environmental performance is first and foremost a management-wide responsibility. Senior management is committed to leading the implementation of practices that integrate both quality and environmental protection.
  • Continuous and planned process: The improvement and refinement of the management system has to be a continuous and planned process. This includes both quality and environmental performance, ensuring that our activities, products and services are sustainable and minimize environmental impact.
  • Dissemination and Understanding of the Policy: Compliance with quality improvement programs and
    environmental performance is the responsibility of all components of the company. The management policy should be disseminated throughout the company until it is known and understood by all staff.
  • Customer focus: Our organization’s efforts must be focused on meeting the needs and expectations of our customers in order to meet them and improve their satisfaction, while minimizing the associated environmental impacts.
  • Compliance with legal and regulatory requirements: Compliance with legal, regulatory and other quality and environmental related requirements will be given the highest priority. We are committed to keeping up-to-date and in compliance with all applicable regulations.
  • Staff Training and Education: Special attention will be given to the training and education of all company personnel in quality and environmental aspects, ensuring that they are able to contribute effectively to the integrated management system.
  • Prevention and Elimination of Deviations: The prevention and elimination of deviations in quality and
    environmental performance will be given the highest priority, fostering a culture of continuous
    improvement.
  • Commitment to Environmental Protection: Senior management is committed to environmental protection, including pollution prevention and the promotion of sustainable use of resources, mitigation and adaptation to climate change, and the protection of biodiversity and ecosystems.
  • Responsibility for implementation: The responsibility for implementing and reviewing this management policy lies with the company’s management, with the help of the Quality and Environment Committee, ensuring that the objectives set are achieved in an effective and sustainable manner.
